Spring Flowers! Yeah I am so happy to finally have orchids growing in my yard. So it's taken about 4 years to get this puppy to bloom again. But the buds were worth the wait. The yard is looking really colorful now can't wait for warmer days to start digging again. They are so pretty. Maybe I'll get inspired and paint a few of them. Here are some pictures looks like the slug is back and he's been chomping on my African lily. Time to pull out the Morten's Salt and watch him squirm. Now where did I put that salt shaker?

Silly Millie Here is a picture of my dog Millie (Jack Russell Terrier). She is 2 years old now and just a real kick. She definately brings joy to our family. She is always so happy to see us when we walk through the door and so sad when we leave. Our new couches have become her resting spots. She love to sleep in my daughter's bed...here she is cought in the act!

THE HORROR! Wow can't believe Martha Stewart was found guilty. While I don't admire her lying ways in the least, I do have to give her credit for the home decorating and magazine empire she built and for her creative ideas. Who do we turn to now for our next decorating project, or to find that perfect recipe to impress our families with? Where will I get that perfect shade of "sage" for my walls? ahhh the tragedy! the horror! ----------------------------- Okay you decorating divas! submit your recipes and decorating ideas and I'll post them on my site. Maybe I'll come up with a few of my own. They don't me call me "Maria Stewart" for nothing. (Just noticed we have same initials "MS") ha ha.

Need Sleep....zzz I've been staying up way too late these past few days. Have some orders to fulfill and "3marias" to finish. I could use a really nice afternoon nap right about now...snuggle in a covijita (blanket) put on some Brazilian jazz, light my candles (which Tim will blow out, no need to worry about the house burning down) and just crash. (yeah sounds nice even as I write this) I think I'll put the paintbrush down for tonight as hard as that may be and "just sleep". (It's all about pizza tonight.) Breathing and sleeping ...something most people take for granted.
