Redwood City 2nd Saturday Art Walk....

I'll be there! Here's a peek at my window display for those far away. Phantom Galleries Redwood City is pleased to participate in the upcoming Second Saturday Art Walk with 16 new exhibitions by local artists viewable in the storefront windows of 2107 Broadway Street in downtown Redwood City. Join us Saturday, June 12th, 7pm-9pm as exhibiting artists Stuart Johnson, Woody Miller, Donna Orme, Maria Sanchez, Matthew Seigel, Timothy Tsun, Kate Stewart and Ysmay will be present outside on the sidewalk with live painting, fiber arts and printmaking demos accompanied with beautiful music by Gianfranco & Friends. The new Second Saturday Art Walk is a multicultural, socially responsible, and eco-friendly event that brings a fabulous array of art to the community. Chilaquiles drive by....

I woke up this morning feeling guilty about not really eating as healthy as I should be. Thinking about my salt and sugar cravings and thinking that I really should eat healthier considering diabetes and heart disease run in the family. Seems everyone is doing their best to try and eat better, or at least healthier. I figured I would skip my usual Starbucks or bakery coffee pitstop and try Whole Foods cause they are the healthiest grocery store around... well that's what the sign reads outside their door.I was doing so good ...I went straight for the juice isle. Picked up some orange juice...and then I walked over to the fresh fruit and salad row... oh yeah I am on a role! I am eaten healthy now. I'm thinking fruit for breakfast that's healthy aaaand natural. So I think since I'm here I might as well buy lunch and kill two birds with one stone. I stroll on over to the salad section pick up a salad with some chicken slices... greens and protein... this is great! I am eat

Love, love, love Ford's new “What is your Mundo”, campaign for the new Ford Fiesta. Love that this is not your typical car commercial... and Ellie you have a wonderful voice! Makes me want to go buy a Ford.
