I haven't blogged much these days but I do hope to start blogging more. So today I'm just going to post some pictures of what I saw on my drive in to work today. I took a serene drive down 280 the mid peninsula's most beautiful and untainted freeway. I don't always notice them on the side of the road but today for some reason they were out and enjoying the freshly sprouted grass.

One of my resolutions this year is to use up all of the art, fabrics and craft supplies I already have, before going out and spending on new ones. This is a good start to that resolution. I've been playing with repurposed fabrics and mades some "pretty things" as I like to call them. But they are actually simple fabric brooches, perfect to jazz up your outfit or even your hairdo!

I finally did it... cut all my hair off. I am sporting a new do. Short, sassy A Line cut. With all that life throws my way the last thing I want to worry about is my hair, ... so off it went it now takes me 5 minutes in the morning. It looks like this. That's not me in the picture, but the haircut is pretty close.
