Frida is calling again, as always continues to be my muse when I need inspiration. I did this painting a while ago, but never posted it on the blog. It has a buyer already. : ) I have a feeling there will be more Fridas waiting to be painted. 

Frida Study in watercolor, 8.5 x 8.5 inches on watercolor paper... at auction this week. 

I"m painting angels again ....why? because seems like I'm praying alot these days. Praying for Tim, the kids, our home. When I pray I always say. "Lord send your angels to protect...." We all have a guardian angel and one of their roles is protection. That's what guardians do. This painting is called "ANGEL PRAYER". 8x10 inches. Acrylic on Canvas, available on my ebay auctions.

Los cabinetes... before and after. I don't like anything "birch" except birch trees which happen to be my favorite tree. Something about their white trunks that make them very peaceful to me. The cabinets have taken on a new life in bright white. There is so much color going on in the family room/kitchen walls that having white cabinets really softens the room and tames it a little too. I'll post the red pomagranite walls later. How do you say pomagranite in Spanish?

my other project... diy home renovations... the old nasty carpet is gone and new floors are in. Tim is going to freak when he come home. its all good the kitchen floor looks like my paintings ..black and white checkerboard! : )
